We do not sell your personal information. Period.

We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: We use GoHighLevel to manage email delivery and contact records. They process data on our behalf and are contractually required to protect it.
  • Hosting and infrastructure: Our Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process traffic data as part of delivering the Site to you.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
  • Business transfer: If Cat Scratch Media, LLC is acquired or merges with another company, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
