I've been chasing that moment for 40 years. In classrooms, in conference rooms, on job sites, and now on YouTube. The subject changes, but the mission never does: take something that feels overwhelming, break it down, and make it feel possible.

I've never met a student who couldn't learn. Not once. Some people just need it explained differently. That's my job — to find the way that clicks for you.

The Family Man

I've been married to my wife Cheryl for over 17 years. We have six daughters. Yes, six.

If you want to develop patience, try explaining anything to six different people who all learn differently, all at the same time, while someone's asking for a snack.

They keep me grounded. They keep me honest. And they remind me every day that the best way to teach someone is to meet them where they are — not where you think they should be.

The Builder

I'm not just talking about AI. I'm building with it. Every day.

My background is in cybersecurity, where I watched a process that took multiple days of repetitive manual work happen over and over again. Instead of complaining about it, I built a system that automated it. What used to take days now takes under three hours.

That's how I think. If something is inefficient, I want to fix it. If there's a better way, I want to find it. And if I find it, I want to teach it to everyone who'll listen.
